Welcome to The Sash Window Workshop's blog. The Sash Window Workshop started in 1994 by Richard Dollar. Richard drove through London on his motor bike in the early nineties. His love and appreciation of traditional British architecture drew his attention to the number of traditional sash windows in need of repair or replacement. Since 1994 we have outgrown our premises twice, currently employ over 75 people and are based in Berkshire.
TSWW manufacture and install hand crafted, bespoke timber windows and doors. In addition to this we can draught seal, double glaze and repair your existing. We use the best quality materials and traditional methods and seek to provide the best customer service in the industry.
Our blog has been designed so that we can communicate our company news, developments, product information and basically everything we know about windows to you! It also allows you to direct any questions or comments you have about us or traditional timber windows and doors. We look forward to hearing from you.
